Account information. When you create an account we collect your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name and profile photo.

Usage data. We automatically collect information about how you interact with the service, including pages visited, picks made, pools joined, and timestamps.

Device & log data. We collect your IP address, browser type, operating system, and referring URLs when you access PoolParty.

• Authenticate your identity and secure your account
• Calculate scores, leaderboards, and pool standings
• Send transactional emails (e.g., pool invites, account verification)
• Monitor for abuse, fraud, and policy violations

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Service providers that help us operate (hosting, authentication, analytics)
• Other pool members — your display name and picks are visible to members of pools you join (picks are hidden until the pool locks)
• Legal authorities when required by law or to protect our rights

Your data is stored on Supabase (hosted on AWS) in the United States. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, and enforce row-level security policies on the database.

You may at any time:

• Access or export your personal data
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your account and associated data

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

PoolParty is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
