By accessing or using PoolParty ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

PoolParty is a free prediction pool platform. Users create themed pools from real prediction markets, invite friends, and compete on a points-based leaderboard. No real money is wagered, won, or lost. PoolParty is for entertainment purposes only.

You must be at least 13 years old to use PoolParty. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You may not share your account or use another person's account without permission.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Service without our written permission
• Impersonate another person or entity

All content, branding, and code comprising PoolParty are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.

By submitting picks, pool names, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and store that content in connection with operating the Service.

PoolParty displays market data sourced from third-party providers (e.g., Kalshi). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data. Market outcomes are determined by the underlying provider.

PoolParty is not a gambling service. No real money is involved. Points are for entertainment and have no monetary value. You cannot redeem, exchange, or cash out points.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PoolParty and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PoolParty and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms with a new effective date.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the state in which the operator resides.
